Eddie Hearn has said that "no one can pull out" of the anticipated heavyweight showdown between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury.
Joshua's promoter Hearn is confident the fight would go ahead as the contracts have been signed, despite Fury's comments earlier this week that the fight "doesn't look like it is going to happen."
Speaking to DAZN, Hearn said: "We've signed the contract, we're waiting for a date. You saw Tyson Fury shouting and screaming ... There's nothing to shout and scream about, the fight's done.
"The fight's signed. No one can pull out of the fight. You can't just pull out of a contract.
"There's no suggestion that the fight's not happening, no one can stop this fight from happening. The only way it can stop from happening is if they actually breach the contract."
While a date in November seems to have been agreed, there is much conversation as to where the one of the biggest fights in British boxing history will take place.
Both Fury and Joshua have signed separate contracts with Saudi Arabian-owned organisers Sela.

Hearn has insisted their deal includes a clause for the fight to be staged in the UK but Sela's preference is for New York's famed Madison Square Garden to play host.
"We know everybody and his dog involved in the fight wants to do the fight in America. We don't," Hearn said.
"We've told Sela and the team if you want to do it in America, these are the terms that we can move forward with. But we'd rather not please."
