6:05pm That will be all from us for this game. There is more ILT20 action lined up today, though, with the Dubai Capitals electing to bat first against the Gulf Giants. Do join Rvel for all the action from Sharjah. Until next time, this is goodbye from me and Ranjith. Take care!
Alishan Sharafu is the Player of the Match for his unbeaten 82, which came off just 47 balls!
5:52pm An exceptional run-chase, headlined by Sharafu, who smashed 82 off 47 and remained unbeaten. He started off slowly but grew as the innings progressed, accessing all parts of the ground and staying a step ahead of the bowlers. Imad played his part too, stitching together a vital partnership in the middle order. Russell's 10-ball cameo at the end would also have helped ADKR with their NRR.
Not quite the Vipers' day. They seemed a little short with the bat, and their bowling, apart from a few bright spots, looked rather dull. Shaheen did set the tone early in the powerplay alongside Amir but Mills and Shadab's inability to curb the run-flow hurt them. The six overs they bowled went for 81 and that definitively tilted the game in ADKR's favour.
Lakra comes on to bowl what could be the final over of this game
