Scorer: Chetan Kumar | Commentator: Rvel Z

Matt Short, San Francisco Unicorns captain: Yeah, I think probably on par (on the score). I think we did well to claw them back a little bit after the halfway mark of that first innings. We came off to a little bit of a better start with the bat, so yeah, bring on tomorrow and hopefully push towards the finals. Yeah, it was massive. There were a couple of guys there, Hassan Khan and Hammad Azam, who probably haven't had the tournament they would have liked or have been batting pretty low in the order and haven't had the opportunity throughout the tournament. So yeah, it was nice to see them contribute tonight and almost get us over the line. The message is just to try and win every game, obviously. The table's pretty tight, so every win is pretty crucial. We would have liked to win tonight to, I think, cement our spot in the finals, but we come back tomorrow, push harder

Haven't you been entertained? What an enthralling game of cricket, with so many twists and turns, ebbs and flows. Hammad Azam nearly took the game away with his blistering 40 off 19, and earlier Hassan Khan raced to 45 as well, with captain Matt Short helping set the platform. It was a great stab at the chase, and there wasn't much to separate both sides; the margins were small. Holder picked up four, Russell snared three, while the rest picked one wicket apiece. Earlier, LAKR were on course for a 200-plus score, but SF managed to pull things back with some disciplined bowling. Haris Rauf was the tormentor-in-chief with the ball for SF, and Xavier Bartlett was too good to handle.

Russell to Haris Rauf, OUT, Over the wicket, short of a length outside off with not much pace to work with, he hacks it straight to the man stationed at deep midwicket and admonishes himself! LAKR manage to hold their nerve and have moved to the second spot, just behind Unicorns

Holder to Hammad Azam, OUT, What a breathtaking innings it has proved to be! Totally changed the complexion of the game. Gets a length ball from over the wicket and it's a bit too straight, appeal for an lbw, not given and Holder reviews immediately. Looks pretty adjacent in the replay. He was shaping for a pull behind square. pitching outside off, impact in line and hitting wickets fully so it's a successful review! Another massive twist in this fascinating tale! But take a bow, what an innings, breathed life into this contest!
