0.4 Caught at first slip! Width on offer extracts extra bounce and swinging away outside off, walks forward and tries to slash it hard through the backward point area; deceived by the pace and deviation, nicked to the slip fielder and Mulder gobbles it up with the reverse cup technique. 4/1
1.4 What a start for JSK! Both opening batters are back in the hut. Length ball on the fifth stump line and shapes a wee bit away, good carry off the pitch as Parsons attempts to play through the covers, thickish outside edge and Hosein pouches it diving forward in the backward point area inside the circle. 5/2
3.5 Esterhuizen departs for a duck! Back of a length ball on the fifth stump line, held on the pitch and Esterhuizen punches off the back foot to mid-off, plays it aerially and Ferreira dives forward fully stretched to grab a sharp catch. The Super Kings skipper is pumped up, and so are the fans! 6/3
17.1 And Jansen finds the breakthrough! Hard length off-cutter ball on middle-leg, plays the pull shot half-heartedly and miscues the no-look stroke to the deep backward square leg area. Mulder covered a tremendous amount of ground as he sprinted in from the boundary, diving forward to pluck the ball out of the air and rolling over to ensure it remained securely in his grasp. 110/6
3.6 Straight up in the air, and the keeper collects it! That's some poor stroke from the West Indies all-rounder. Hard length ball on the stumps, moves across the line and attempts to flick it away over square leg, plays it early and connects the leading edge. The keeper moves forward a few yards and completes the catch. Chase is gone for a golden duck! Double-wicket maiden over. 6/4
4.5 Uprooted the off stump; it's raining wickets out there! Length ball with a hint of shape inwards pitching outside the off stump line and nipping back in; Dre Russ clears the front leg and goes for the wild hoick across the line, misses the line and length completely, and the ball crashes onto the top of the off stump. Absolute chaos at Johannesburg now! 7/5

6.4 Dre Russ takes a ripper! Quicker back of a length ball deviates slightly after pitching on middle-off, plays off the back foot and outside edges to the slip fielder. Russell dived forward and plucked the low catch cleanly with both hands. It was a display of great game awareness from the fielder, complemented by excellent bowling and top-notch captaincy from Maharaj. 42/2
3.6 Moonsamy's disastrous session of batting comes to an end! Full and overpitched ball wide outside off, shuffles across towards the line of the ball, no visible foot movement, slashes it with the outside part of the bat and lofts it to the deep backward point fielder. Rutherford sprints in and gobbles up the low catch. 16/1
11.5 Spin strikes again! Back of a length ball outside the off stump line, moves away from the wicket and plays the square cut, outside edges to Russell at first slip, who juggles the ball and catches it on his second attempt while moving to his right side 58/5
8.2 Maharaj gets his second! Too full and straight on the stumps, 94 kph, premeditates the paddle sweep and cramps for space, beaten by the flight and hits the pad in front of the stumps. De Villiers sends it upstairs, though, unconvincingly. No bat is involved, confirmed by the Ultra Edge. All three reds and hits the middle stump. 46/3
10.2 chips it straight to the point fielder! Tossed up a fuller length ball on the stumps, premeditated the reverse sweep stroke and hit it flat to Chase at backward point. Mulder's struggle against the spin continues in this tournament. 54/4

12.4 hard length ball angling in from outside off, 147 kph, plays off the back foot and misses the length, hitting the back pad. Massive appeal, but the umpire isn't interested. Maharaj wants to have another look at it. No bat is involved, confirmed by the Ultra Edge. Ball tracking is coming up, all three reds and hitting middle-off! The decision needs to be reversed, and Hosein goes for a duck! 68/6
12.5 banged in short pitched ball, plays the pull shot and does not connect. Ferreira immediately clutches his left shoulder, clearly in severe pain and discomfort. He glances toward the dugout and signals for the physio, eventually trudging off to the dressing room to receive treatment; retired hurt. More trouble for the Super Kings! 68/6
19.2 Chips it to backward point! Jansen backs away early and Williams follows him with a fuller length ball, hoicks it across the line and top-edges the ball to the backward point fielder. Chase tracks back a few yards and completes the catch. 120/7
19.6 Chopped on! Bowls an overpitched ball outside off, clears the front leg and throws his bat at it; a thickish inside edge and sends the bails flying. With today's victory, the Pretoria Capitals leap into the top spot, as the game of musical chairs continues at the peak of the SA20 points table. 122/8
