The presentation seemed to last longer than the innings. Maybe not for India's batters though. They'll want to, have to make amends and pull out a 2-2. For England, this is a high point in what hasn't been a kind summer at least at the start. They'd love a 4-0. We'll see you again in... two days. Quick turnaround. Bye for now.
Harry Brook, England captain: Communication and plans going into the second half were perfect. We adapted well with the bat, to carry that into the bowling was awesome. Salty played a mega innings, Jos got off to a good start. We recognised it was a tough pitch to hit from top of the stumps. We had a plan and stuck to it well. To get us to 200 on a tricky surface was phenomenal. We didn't need to talk much before the chase, needed to hit the top of the stumps with the occasional bouncer. Just have to adapt to the surfaces in the last two games. As a batting unit, using the pitch to access different areas is important.
Shreyas Iyer, India captain: It was atrocious. Losing by such a big margin isn't acceptable. First things first, we have to accept this loss and go back to the drawing board. It wasn't a 200 wicket. Losing four in the powerplay didn't create momentum, lost it there. You can plan a lot, once you come into the ground you have to adapt, figure out lengths. Hard lengths helped, we didn't execute. When you're chasing, you have to set patterns and our execution was off. Great opportunity to come back strong. We've played awful cricket but lots to learn as well. Players have to figure out ways to create impact. Every individual has to work on creating impact and taking responsibility.
Jofra Archer, POTM: Happy to contribute. You're bowling at world-class batters, have to keep hitting the spot. Surprised it turned around so quickly. Some balls go to boundaries, got lucky with a bad ball getting a wicket. Tongue is and I are similar, he'll get a wicket if I don't. Bowled with him all summer, enjoy bouncing ideas off him.
Sachin: "A Bazball attempt by Indian team to entice Mccullum to be their next coach !!"
Su: "I love it!! C'mon England..."
From Matt: India's second-lowest score ever, and lowest since 2008. Also the quickest India have ever been bowled out in a T20I, by a long way. Previous was 17.2 overs vs SA in Oct 2015
8:30pm: Game over and the sun's not even set. No real celebrations, England might be surprised at just how easily this win has come... maybe they're alphaing India like they have with the cricket. India's batting started, traversed and ended in misery. Their specialist batters fell looking to attack as Tongue and Archer used their pace and the pitch to go on a wicket-taking spree. They took 7 for 57, it'd have been enough even if they were defending 100 fewer.

Hey all, what a thriller this is. It's a horrid batting display, don't mind it as much as some of the fizzled out innings though

Ekanth will take over for whatever remains of this innings. What do you make of this batting performance, mate?
Kasinathan : "Earlier I sent a comment England will win by Salt's score. It is coming true. Please post this." -- I reckon it'll be by a bigger margin than that!
