As the Bangladesh boys set up to collect the ODI series trophy, it's time for us to say goodbye. On behalf of Ranjith, Vairavan and Abhijato, this is Sreshth saying bye. Catch you on April 27 for the first T20I.

Winning captain, Mehidy Hasan Miraz: "It was an excellent match. It wasn't easy. Boys bowled really well, Mustafizur also. [The partnership] Shanto and Litton was an excellent partnership after three early wickets. They took responsibility. They are senior guys who have to take responsibility and they played really well. [Target] We knew the conditions, that it would spin and fast bowling would have uneven bounce. We knew early wickets would bring us momentum. They know how to bowl in these conditions. [Catches today] Boys fielded very well, the two catches were very important."

The Player of the series is Nahid Rana for his eight-wicket haul across the series. This is the translation from Bangla: "I feel good winning this award. I was only thinking today that my captain has asked me to take wickets. I enjoy performing for my team. [Role when batters have a solid partnership] Not much different. I only assess the conditions and then bowl accordingly."

Shanto is the Player of the Match for hitting his fourth ODI hundred. Came to bat at 9/2. Here's what he has to say: "I feel much better now. [Coming in at 9 for 2] I think they started brilliantly, bowled brilliant areas, but I always try to stay in present and not look at what happened. Executed my plans and played in the present. [Partnership with Litton] The way Litton played today, really outstanding. He held one side and I tried to score some runs. It wasn't an easy wicket to bat on. We just tried to make a big partnership."

Losing captain, Tom Latham: "If we had few more wickets.... all credit to Bangladesh. [More runs from top of the order?] Similar to the second game. As a batting unit, we weren't able to build partnerships. We speak about it, having set guys in the last ten overs, but we kept losing wickets in the first 20-25 overs. Puts you on the back foot. [On their bowling innings] Full credit to Litton and Shanto. We had managed to find a great length but breaking that partnership was key and we couldn't do that. We were happy with the target to achieve but lack of partnerships made it difficult."

7.30pm Presentation coming up shortly.

Handshakes from both teams. Foxcroft gets some appreciation from his team-mates, but the visitors wear a disappointed look. Shanto top-scores in the series with 155, Kelly with 149. As for the bowlers, Rana finishes with eight wickets at an average of under 17. Mustafizur and Shoriful with five apiece.

7.25pm New Zealand started the game well and somehow ended it well too, but in between, it was Bangladesh who kept pushing the envelope through the day. After Will O'Rourke's three-wicket haul in the afternoon, Shanto's century and Litton's half-century pushed them to a respectable total. Even though the flourish with the bat late in the innings did not exist, it was still enough for the bowlers. Nahid Rana was red-hot, Mustafizur showed his class after coming into the XI for the decider with a five-wicket haul, the other bowlers chipped in too. NZ looked done and dusted after Kelly fell, which triggered a mini-collapse. Foxcroft fought for his 75 in 72 balls but he just didn't have the batting partners. Tried to do it all himself, but the task was too much. He was the last to go and Bangladesh won by 55 runs.

Mehidy Hasan Miraz to Foxcroft, OUT, Bangladesh win the ODI series 2-1! Length ball outside off. Turning in. Foxcroft tries a flat-batted six over wide long on, but doesn't have the distance. Hassan in the deep runs in, takes a catch with two hands, and ensures the ball stays in after tumbling onto the ground. Foxcroft falls for 75 and NZ are all out for 210.

zayan: "Wasn't there a huge deflection?" -- personally, looked like it. But trusting the umpires because they've practiced such decision making in their trainings. Issues like what to notice on if there's an edge contention near a bump ball. Trusting their judgment
