9:13pm That will be all from us for this game. But there is still one BBL game to go on Boxing Day, and you can follow it live here. Until next time, from Harshith and myself (Shashwat), it is goodbye!
Jazz: "Harper looks like he's batting on a different pitch. What a day he's having!
Sam Harper, Player of the Match: It was not an easy pitch. Knew I had to play good shots and fortunate it was one of those nights. Nice to be 3-0 after being 0-5 last year. Long bus ride tomorrow and then we go again.
9:08pm A sensational run-chase, headlines, controlled and spearheaded by Harper. He notched up his maiden BBL century and at times, it felt as if he was batting on a different surface altogether. His stroke-play was clean, and he maximized his favourable match-ups, with Richardson, in particular, coming in for some severe treatment.
Harper was a class apart but the Sixers' were not particularly great with their planning or execution. They bowled both sides of the wicket, and played into Harper's strengths by bowling short. Lots of food for thought for them, and having won just once this season, they will have to get their act together soon.
Abbott to bowl what should be the last over of this game
