That's one more team out of the tournament, and one semi-finalist confirmed. There'll be one more tomorrow. Will it be India or West Indies? Join us tomorrow to find out. For now, it's goodbye from Abhijato, Thilak, Raghav, and me Ekanth.

Salman Agha, Pakistan captain Was always challenging after losing the toss because of dew. Could've been a different story had we won the toss. Dew was a factor. We couldn't execute plans. Usman had an off-day, it can happen. We couldn't bat well throughout the tournament. If Farhan had more support, it'd have been better. Middle order has been a problem for a few years now, we'll have to look at that. Couldn't finish the way we wanted to. We batted well 18 overs, opposition did well in the other two. Even 160 would've been difficult to defend.

Dasun Shanaka, SL captain It was a close game, I could've finished it. Well bowled to Shaheen. Been a tough captain. Yes, we're disappointed. I want to say sorry to the fans. Unfortunately, we fell down to injuries. In the future, I hope there are no injuries. Missing two key bowlers in Hasaranga and Pathirana. Hope they'll return soon and do well for SL cricket. Sometimes, as players, we feel pressure. It was a mistake, I'm sorry to fans for disheartening them. We're all thankful for all the support. Rathnayake is consistent, uses the crease well. We have Wellalage, they're growing.

Sahibzada Farhan, POTM: Wanted to do well for the team. Wanted Fakhar to ton up actually. The ton didn't work for the team, that's why I'm sad. I have been feeling well, that brings confidence. Knew I could hit whatever was in my arc. All credit goes to domestic cricket, it's brought out the habit of scoring at pace and scoring big.

10:47pm Shanaka applauds the crowd as he walks back. Pakistan needed to restrict Sri Lanka under 147 to stay alive in the comp. That ended before 16 overs. It was an off-day for their spinners with dew around, Usman Tariq especially. Naseem and Abrar were excellent. Nawaz and Shadab got hit around too. For Sri Lanka, Mishara and Asalanka's cameos got them going. Their middle order did crumble for a bit but Rathnayake and Shanaka came to life, the latter in the last four overs to almost take SL home.

Shaheen Shah Afridi to Shanaka, no run, Anticlimax pro max! A leave to finish. Shanaka thought that'd be wide, the yorker was on the crease and slanted away. Let go, Shanaka lunges low and looks down, gets a few pats on the back. No celebrations from Pakistan of course

Shanaka and SL need six
