What you need to know for Monday's games
The NBA has 10 games on tap for this Monday to start the last full week of March. Three of those games feature both teams that would be in the playoffs if the season ended today, headlined by the Los Angeles Lakers visiting the Detroit Pistons.
The Lakers are one of the hottest teams in the league, winners of nine straight games to move up to the third seed in the West. The Pistons have been the top seed in the East all season and are trying to hold onto their lead down the stretch with team MVP Cade Cunningham sidelined.
Speaking of holding on without injured superstars, the Philadelphia 76ers have won two straight games without Tyrese Maxey, Joel Embiid and Paul George in the lineup to stay tied for the sixth seed in the East. They have their work cut out for them tonight, hosting the Oklahoma City Thunder and their best record in the NBA. Per DraftKings, the spread for tonight's game is 16.5 points, making the Thunder huge road favorites in a tie for the largest spread of the night.
And in Miami, the Heat host the San Antonio Spurs in a game with a relatively close spread (4.5 points) and the second-highest point total of the night (239.5 points). That combination often leads to good individual production and thus fantasy hoops production and betting prop overs.
All these and many other storylines will be on display tonight.
Dré's fantasy stream team for Monday
Brice Sensabaugh, SF, Utah Jazz, (rostered in 25.3% of ESPN leagues): Sensabaugh is off the injury report for Monday after missing the last two games with illness. In his last five games, Sensabaugh has scored more than 20 points in each game culminating in a 41-point explosion against Minnesota last Wednesday.
Taylor Hendricks, PF, Memphis Grizzlies (9.0% rostered): Hendricks has scored in double figures in five of his last six games while notching at least two steals in each. In that stretch, he has averaged 13.2 PPG, 2.7 SPG, 1.7 BPG and 1.5 3PG.
Gary Payton II, SG, Golden State Warriors (9.1% rostered): Payton has established himself as a consistent scorer off the bench for the Warriors, with six straight appearances scoring double figures, putting up 14.1 PPG, 5.1 RPG and 2.0 SPG in those games.
Dré's favorite bets for Monday
Lakers -2.5 over Pistons (-118): The Lakers are playing their best basketball of the season, winners of nine straight games with an average scoring margin of +8.6 PPG over a series of strong opponents including the New York Knicks, Timberwolves and Houston Rockets (twice, both on the road). The Pistons have won both games since Cunningham went down, but both wins were against lottery-caliber teams in the Washington Wizards and the injured Golden State Warriors. The last time Cunningham missed a game, on March 7, the Pistons lost a home game to Brooklyn. And since the league rescinded Luka Doncic's 16th technical foul and the resulting would-have-been-suspension, the Lakers will have Doncic available to try to extend his NBA record streak of nine-straight 30-plus scoring efforts in team wins.
Victor Wembanyama over 2.5 blocks (-182): Wembanyama blocked five shots in his last game on Saturday and has averaged 3.9 BPG in his last 16 outings, with three or more blocks in 12 of the 16 games. In his first matchup with Miami earlier this season, Wembanyama blocked five shots.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander over 28.5 points (-123): Gilgeous-Alexander has averaged over 30 PPG for the fourth straight season, and he has been even more aggressive of late with four games of 35-plus points in his last six outings. Gilgeous-Alexander will likely have to produce with his team playing on the road against a 76ers team that, though injured, remains in the thick of the playoff positioning race in the Eastern Conference.
Top Daily Fantasy values of the day

$6,100-$8,000 salaries
De'Aaron Fox, PG, San Antonio Spurs ($7,200): Fox is playing well and has a great matchup tonight against a fast-paced Heat team that ranks 30th in the league in fantasy production to opposing point guards.
