Kearnan Myall's 79th-minute try ensured Wasps extended their unbeaten run against fierce rivals Leicester to five games with a 32-25 Aviva Premiership win at the Ricoh Arena.

Scores from Nizaam Carr, Dan Robson, Elliot Daly and Myall sealed the win for Dai Young's men, alongside a Daly penalty and nine points from the boot of Jimmy Gopperth.

The visitors hit back through a Jonah Holmes double and a Tom Youngs score -- two of the tries converted by George Ford, who added two penalties -- but they now drop below Wasps in the table.

Ford kicked the first points of the contest with a simple penalty after Wasps were penalised in front of their own posts having been put under extreme pressure from the opening minute.

Tigers extended their lead 10 minutes later when they went through the phases following a lineout and captain Youngs finished off for a score which Ford upgraded.

Home winger Christian Wade was then forced to make a superb try-saving tackle on Holmes as Wasps struggled to exit their half.

But it was not long before they hit back. James Gaskell combined with Simon McIntyre to open up the visitors' defence, then Carr fought off three defenders to touch down his third try in four Wasps games.

Gopperth converted and the Kiwi also added the extras when Robson touched down Wasps' second try from a close-range ruck following a long spell of pressure.

And long-range kicking specialist Daly, newly returned from England duty, extended the hosts' lead three minutes before the break with a 45-metre angled penalty.

This left the Tigers facing a seven-point interval deficit, and their cause was not helped by Ford hitting the post after Juan de Jongh was penalised for a deliberate knock-on.

Ford's kicking boots failed him again when Holmes touched down in the corner to cut Wasps' advantage to two points.

But Tigers did take the lead when Holmes picked off a long pass and went 70 metres to score under the posts. He was able to shrug off the retreating Wade on his way to the line, with Ford converting to give the visitors a five-point lead.

Gopperth hit back with a penalty on the hour mark before Willie le Roux sent Daly racing to the corner, handing Wasps a 25-22 lead.

Ford struck his second penalty to level the game 10 minutes from time to set up a tense finish.

Wasps then got to within a metre of the Tigers try-line after strong carries from James Haskell and Carr, but the visitors were able force a turnover in contact.

The hosts then won it in dramatic fashion when Myall went over to score the match-winning and bonus-point try, which Gopperth converted from in front of the posts.
