Matt Flynn scored the only goal as Annan kept themselves well in the hunt for promotion from Scottish League Two and ended Berwick's five-match unbeaten run.The visitors had the better of the early possession but it was Annan who came closest to scoring midway through the first half when Peter Weatherson's free-kick was tipped onto the post by the faintest of touches from Kevin Walker.Berwick thought they had the lead late in the first half but Blair Henderson was adjudged to have been offside when he netted with an impressive lob.When a valid goal did come, it went to Annan as Flynn saw his sweet strike go in off the post with seven minutes remaining to seal victory.
