The Orlando Pride, buoyed by the efforts of Summer Yates, beat the Houston Dash 1-0 at Shell Energy Stadium on Friday. Yates scored in the 67th minute to lead the Pride to victory.

Yates' decisive goal came from a right-footed shot from the center of the box, assisted by Angelina with a through ball. The win improves Orlando's record to 12-5-0 (41 points), while Houston falls to 3-5-9 (14 points).

Orlando's defense was solid throughout, with goalkeeper Anna Moorhouse making several key saves.

For Houston, Jane Campbell made crucial saves but couldn't keep out Yates' strike.

Houston struggled offensively despite multiple substitutions aimed at injecting fresh energy into their attack.
