Debutants Cape Verde have held tournament contenders Spain to a stunning goalless draw in Atlanta -- in no small part thanks to the heroics of their 40-year-old goalkeeper Vozinha.
The reigning European champions had 27 shots over the 90 minutes, but failed to breach a resilient Cape Verdean defence that earned a historic World Cup point for their country in Group H.
Here's how it happened.

With 20 minutes left, Spain boss Luis de la Fuente turned to Lamine Yamal off the bench, but his addition -- along with that of Dani Olmo and Nico Williams -- wasn't enough to breach a highly disciplined Cape Verde back line.
Vozinha made seven saves in the match, many at close range to keep out the Spanish attack, supported a brave defence that included Diney Borges, who had a chance of his own to score a winner from a late corner, and Roberto "Pico" Lopes, who was born in Ireland.
They became just the seventh team in World Cup history to avoid defeat in their debut match.
It was another huge result for Bubista, who mastermind their qualification to the tournament by coming through the African qualifiers with seven wins, two draws and a sole defeat -- avoiding the inter-confederation playoffs.
While fellow debutants Curaçao fell 7-1 to Germany on Sunday, Bubista insisted that side will play "without fear" against La Roja, who are joined in Group H by Saudi Arabia and Uruguay.
