Arsenal's preseason campaign continued with a 3-2 defeat to Borussia Dortmund in their penultimate clash before the new season gets under way.
The Gunners followed up a 3-1 defeat to Real Betis with a second successive defeat, although they did beat Girona 4-1.
They will take on Serie A side Como in their final preseason match on Aug. 12, before they face Manchester City in the Community Shield on Aug. 16.
Five days after that and they get their Premier League title defence going against newly-promoted Coventry at Emirates Stadium.
Their opponents Borussia Dortmund have played four other friendlies this summer, winning two of them and losing two of them.
They came out on the wrong side of defeats against Cerezo Osaka and Dusseldorf, but beat RW Oberhausen and FC Tokyo.
They too are in early cup action as they face Bayern Munich in the DFL Supercup on Aug. 22.
