David Raya says Arsenal want to become serial winners after ending their 22-year wait for a Premier League title.
Having fallen agonisingly short in three straight seasons, Mikel Arteta's men finally got over the line in an outstanding 2025-26 campaign that also saw them go within a whisker of Champions League glory.
Arsenal have returned for the new season with a bang, following up an eye-catching 3-0 Community Shield triumph against Manchester City with a win by the same scoreline in their Premier League opener.
Kai Havertz, Bukayo Saka and Martin Ødegaard scored in Friday's curtain raiser against promoted Coventry as the Gunners began their title defence with a hunger for more.
"We want to become winners, not just a one-off," goalkeeper Raya told the Press Association.
"I think we're going to have to attack the league again, attack the cups, attack the Champions League because we want more.
"We want all the trophies, and we are confident that we can beat anybody at any time, so we just have to be focused on ourselves and do better than last season."
Arsenal are not sated by last season's success but Tuesday evening offered them a chance to reflect on that unforgettable campaign.
Raya, Gabriel and Declan Rice were shortlisted for the men's Professional Footballers' Association Player of the Year award won by Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes.
The Arsenal trio travelled to Manchester for the award and were named in the Premier League Team of the Year along with team-mates Jurriën Timber and William Saliba.
"The season was incredible, collectively and individually," Spain international Raya said. "I think we deserved to be there and be champions, so that was the most important thing.
"Every season is very, very long with ups and downs, but I think we dealt with everything that was thrown at us and it was an incredible season to lift the trophy, to give Arsenal the Premier League after 22 years, so, yeah, an amazing season."
The fact Arsenal players made up three of the PFA Team of the Year's back four and had their goalkeeper between the sticks highlighted their sturdy foundations.
Raya was included having won a third consecutive Golden Glove award and expects more resolute performances after adding England international Ezri Konsa to their packed defence.
"I think we defensively -- not just the defence but I think all the players from the striker to me -- have a good defensive willingness in that way," Raya said.
"Of course, Ezri coming, adding to the squad, is going to add a lot of competitiveness inside the team, which is incredible and is really, really good for the whole squad."

On his run of Golden Gloves, the World Cup winner continued: "It's not just me. I've always said the same, it's collective stuff.
"Obviously I've been part of it and it's the third time consecutively, but we cannot stop there.
"We want to do one more and another one because that means that it's easier to win games when you keep those clean sheets, so keep them coming and hopefully more Golden Gloves coming our way."
