Raiders' players ranking, 11-15: Is Latavius Murray ready for prime time?

We are taking a look at the top 65 players in the Oakland Raiders' program, ranking them from 1-65. The ranking considerations are based on future projections and what to expect in 2015:

No. 11, Sio Moore, linebacker: I'm a big fan of Moore. The 2013 third-round pick is a playmaker and plays with emotion. He could flourish under defensive coordinator Ken Norton. Moore's key is recovering from a hip injury. If he stays on schedule, he should be ready to go early in training camp. If healthy, Moore is a plus player.

No. 12, Latavius Murray, running back: The Raiders hope Murray is ready to be a lead back. But he has 82 career carries and averaged 3.7 yards or less in three of his final four games last season. He can be an explosive runner and will be given every opportunity to be an impact runner.

No. 13, Curtis Lofton, linebacker: Lofton signed a three-year, $18 million deal after being cut by New Orleans. Lofton is a solid against the run, he's smart and he's a leader. He is not a complete player, but he should provide a solid upgrade over the released Miles Burris.

No. 14, Justin Ellis, defensive tackle: The fourth-round pick from last season has a lot of potential. He probably wouldn't be ranked as high as 14th on most teams, but he has a chance to be become a consistent disruptive force in the team's run defense.

No. 15, Nate Allen, safety: Allen signed a four-year, $23 million deal this offseason. He is known around the league as an average player. He is smart and good against the run, but he can be exploited in the pass game.
