PHILADELPHIA -- How are the Philadelphia Eagles' quarterbacks faring during training camp? Here's an evaluation from Sunday’s practice at Lincoln Financial Field:

This was a limited practice, with fans admitted into Lincoln Financial Field to watch. It was also Military Appreciation Day, with players greeting men and women in uniform. Almost as an afterthought, the Eagles ran a few drills. During full-team drills, each quarterback ran just two plays instead of the normal five or six.

Carson Wentz was held out of practice because of his cracked rib. He was on the field in his red jersey, wearing an Eagles baseball cap.

SAM BRADFORD: DOWN

Wow moment: Bradford made a strong throw during a 7-on-7 drill. Nelson Agholor was just inside the end zone, about 25 yards away. Bradford fired the ball on a line, threading it between two defenders for a completion.

Whoa moment: The rest of that 7-on-7 period wasn’t particularly pretty. Bradford threw four consecutive incompletions. Passes for Chris Givens and Rueben Randle were broken up by defensive backs. Another pass sailed way over wide receiver Marcus Johnson and out of the end zone.

CHASE DANIEL: UP

Wow moment: Daniel handed the ball off to a running back, then took off toward the right on what turned into a wheel route. The running back ran to the left, then handed the ball to wide receiver Rueben Randle. The play looked like a reverse until Randle came to a stop and flipped a pass to Daniel. The quarterback moved pretty well and made a nice catch.

Whoa moment: Paul Turner was double-covered and running through the end zone. He was probably not the best target on the play. Daniel threw it to him, though. The ball was overthrown and bounced out of bounds beyond the end zone.

WHO WON THE NIGHT?

Bradford improved as the practice went on, but Daniel had the better all-around performance. He got extra credit for running routes, catching passes and running up the middle on an option play. It was a relatively quiet practice, but Daniel livened it up a bit.
