3.2 nicked and gone! Jansen has the last laugh! Banged in shorter and with greater conviction. Pitches just outside leg, meaning Seifert is cramped for room as he looks to flay it over the off side. Bit of extra bounce too and all Seifert manages is a feather that is snared by de Kock. Vital wicket for SA, given the form Seifert has been in! 33/1
5.5 skewed to mid off, and Jansen is running through this Kiwi batting line-up! Seems like a change-up, dangled in just outside off. Allen thinks he can pop this over the in-field but the ball is full enough to deny that possibility. Clinks it off the bottom part of the blade and Markram, stood at mid off, bends forward to snaffle up another smart chance. SA in the ascendancy now! 58/3
5.2 edged and that is an incredibly sharp grab by Miller at short third! Back of a length in the channel. A bit of nip away and that squares up the batter slightly. Ravindra perhaps wanted to force it through extra cover. The edge flew to Miller's right and he lunged forward to hold on. Top work in the field. Miller is pumped, as is Jansen. Ravindra, disappointed at having not capitalized on another start! 57/2
6.4 leg stump out of the ground, and Phillips bites the dust too! Tossed up a touch on a length outside off and this comes in with the arm. Phillips has a huge waft at it and leaves a massive gap between bat and pad. The ball cannons off the inside edge and then rattles into leg stump. NZ in some bother now! 64/4
13.6 does him all ends up, and Jansen has four! Beautifully-disguised slower ball, pitching on a length just outside off. The ball holds in the surface and Chapman is too early into his stroke. Not that Chapman had a clue about the variation. Simple pop off the leading edge and Rickelton, despite looking into the lights at backward point, does the rest. Chapman misses out on a half-century, even as Jansen puts together his best T20I figures! 138/5
15.3 catching practice for long on, and NZ are falling away here! Slot ball on the stumps and this is there to be hit. Mitchell thinks so too but he cannot get under it enough. The bat turns a touch upon impact and Mitchell arrows it straight down Stubbs' throat. Mitchell dejected as he walks off; Ngidi, delighted that he has tightened SA's grip on this game! 141/6
16.4 sliced a mile up, and South Africa are catching everything! Full ball on middle and off. Santner backs away, designing to go inside-out. Slices across it way too much, though, and only gets the height he desires. Rickelton circles under it in the deep backward point region and makes no mistake! 145/7

4.4 slower ball does the trick, and Ferguson sends de Kock packing! This is a leg-cutter, pitching just outside leg. de Kock, looking at the length, thinks there is a maximum for the taking. Swipes at it wildly, without reading the change-up, and sees his leg stump pegged back soon after. Some respite for NZ! 62/1
7.4 exceptional work by Mitchell on the fence, and Rickelton has to walk! Slower ball on a fullish length just outside off. Rickelton through his shot too early and the ball spoons up off the toe-end. Mitchell settles under it at long on and catches it before realizing he might go over. He lobs the ball up and then returns to the field of play to complete the catch. SA two down, but still very much in control! 102/2
11.4 gets this all wrong, and Brevis falls! Ravindra holds his nerve and dangles it on a length just outside off. Brevis hares down the track and swings at it, despite being nowhere to the pitch of the ball. Loses his shape completely, with the bottom hand coming off too, and the ball goes straight up. Mitchell settles under it at long on and sends Brevis on his way! 131/3
