The most interesting MVP odds movement at this point is for second place on the board, with Aaron Judge (-125) and Shohei Ohtani (-310) continuing their reigns as odds-on favorites in the American League and National League, respectively.

In the AL, Bobby Witt Jr. (+425) and Yordan Alvarez (+500) are making the best cases to challenge Judge, with Judge's teammate Ben Rice (20-1), Mike Trout (22-1) and Junior Caminero (25-1) making up the next tier. On the NL side, Matt Olson (+850) continues to make progress, while Kyle Schwarber made a big jump from 28-1 to 10-1 in the span of a week.

Cam Schlittler (+175) has maintained the lead atop the AL Cy Young odds board he took when former leader Tarik Skubal (off the board) was ruled out for two to three months following elbow surgery. Since that news broke on May 4, Dylan Cease (+230) and Jacob deGrom (+500) have made significant gains in the odds, while Jose Soriano (22-1) and Bryan Woo (40-1) have lengthened. Max Fried exited the board entirely following his own elbow injury.

Paul Skenes (+230) remains the Cy Young odds leader in the NL, but Cristopher Sanchez has made significant gains to be second on the board, going from +800 to +250 in the span of two weeks. Ohtani (+550) and Chris Sale (+650) comprise the next tier, with Jacob Misiorowski making a big move up to +800 after being 20-1 two weeks prior.

Rookie of the Year in both leagues has been competitive. In the AL, Kevin McGonigle (+160) and Munetaka Murakami (+165) continue to trade off for the lead, while in the NL, Nolan McLean and JJ Wetherholt are tied atop the board at +280, with Konnor Griffin (+350) and Sal Stewart (+400) in chase.
