Sabah FK qualified for the Champions League on Tuesday night, only nine years after being founded.
The club from Azerbaijan defeated Israel's Hapoel Be'er Sheva 6-4 on aggregate.
Home side Sabah forced extra-time thanks to a sensational volley from Tellur Mutallimov in stoppage time. Goals from Orphe Mbina and Joy-Lance Mickels secured a 5-2 second-leg win and a historic passage into the League Phase of Europe's top competition.
They became the second club from Azerbaijan to reach this stage of the Champions League in the last two seasons, after Qarabag last year. Qarabag, in 2017-18, represented the only other time a team from this nation had gone beyond the Champions League qualifiers.

Sabah's achievement is even more remarkable because they were founded in 2017.
The newcomers will now be a part of the draw for the League Phase of the competition, which is held on Thursday in Monaco as one of the seven qualifiers. Sabah will play fixtures against eight different teams as part of the League Phase which is into its third year since being implemented. They will be drawn from Pot 4.
