Spin: Shepard recorded a triple-double Wednesday night, her second since entering the WNBA in 2019. She also had a career-best 12 assists. The 29-year-old finished her final season with the Lynx in 2025 by averaging 8.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 0.5 steals and 0.1 blocks over 20.9 minutes in 40 games. While it's still early, an All-Star selection could be on the horizon for Shepard if she continues to play this well, assuming she stays healthy, something that has been an issue throughout her career.
