News: 2 days agoEdwards (concussion) finished with 15 points (6-15 FG, 3-3 FT), five rebounds and three steals in 28 minutes during Monday's 89-80 loss to the Liberty.
Spin: Edwards appeared in her first game since May 27 after putting a concussion behind her, and she looked comfortable in her return. She tied Olivia Nelson-Ododa for the team lead in scoring and accounted for three of Connecticut's eight steals on the night. It was also reassuring to see Edwards log 28 minutes Monday, which likely means she won't face any kind of minutes restriction moving forward.
