Western Bulldogs vs. Collingwood
MCG, 7:30pm [AEST]
Team news: There are injury concerns for both clubs going into Friday night's clash. For the Bulldogs, spearhead Aaron Naughton was taken out of the game early against the Dees after suffering a ligament injury in his ankle, but the club is hopeful it can settle with a light training week. Tim English is also an outside chance to return from a knee injury, provided he can prove his fitness later in the week, according to reports. Meanwhile, Collingwood will be without veteran Scott Pendlebury after he suffered a hamstring injury in the loss to Brisbane, while Brayden Maynard's season could be over after he strained his MCL during a weekend training session. Isaac Quaynor (glute) and Patrick Lipinski (calf) look the most likely replacements.

Melbourne vs. Carlton
MCG, 7:35pm [AEST]
Team news: There's a watch on two key Melbourne talls this week, with concerns Matthew Jefferson (knee) and Jake Lever (toe) could both miss the blockbuster against the Blues. Jacob van Rooyen remains suspended for another two matches. For Carlton, Nick Haynes and Will Hayward both missed the win over the Dockers with minor ankle complaints, but both are expected to come back into the side on Saturday night. Flynn Young could also be in contention after a strong run of VFL form, but it's unlikely Josh Fraser will mess too much with a winning lineup.
ESPN tip: Blues by 9 points
Pointsbet odds: Demons $1.95, Blues $1.85
